Here are a few rules to remember when sending your samples to potential clients.

Just as a reminder, these are your articles and before you send anything to a potential client, you need to protect what you have written by following these simple steps.

1. Make a dated copy prior to sending your story to anyone
2. Start the copyright process
3. Add the copyright symbol and year when sending a copy to anyone
4. Send a dated cover page stating that you are the author of the copy, (keep a copy of this as well)

You Think I Would Learn My Lesson

Well it happened again. I wrote over thirty articles for someone I did some work for on RAC. He asked me to work offsite and save the high fee costs and I agreed. Well I did the articles and now he has very nicely forgot he has mail. After days of emailing him, I have now taken twenty of the articles and turned them into two batches of PLR articles that I sell on websitecontentplr.com. This will hopefuly allow me to make my money. I also posted a couple on AC.

I am a dedicated writer and am appalled at the nerve of these articles stealers. if I do not receive payment in a day or two, I will start posting all the articles somewhere immedialely so no one can use them as their own. I am so sick of being ripped off. It is no way to pay my bills. I work for a living by writing and these people just scam honest people out of money and product.

I Received $10 From Ailen

Well just a little update. I see that Online Jobs now has a scam site, I wonder where they got that idea. I hope everyone keeps checking here as I am not going to hold back. Just so everyone knows, Ailen paid me $10 and then asked me to work for him now. NO WAY. I am still out $20 for what he actually owed me.

Now, if you look on the job site, he is advertising for work needed under askleno. I saw his ad and his name. I hope that people read this before giving or taking work from him. I do not want to see anyone else have the problems I did. As far as Denise, I still have heard nothing.

I've been scammed by one dude who is European based by the name of Daniel.

Now as far as my research goes, Daniel is an active member of Government in Europe yet he can't spare some change to pay me for a project that I spent nights and days trying to complete for him.

The project required that I gave brief descriptions of house plans for an architecture website. I had only completed six of these profiles and he couldn't pay. Maybe that should have been a sign for me but at the time, I ignored it.

The day I was awaiting to be paid $160 for the entire project, he stopped answering my emails. Therefore, I contacted the moderator/ owner of the website that I found him at (Michael Matthew Enterprises) and Michael had the nerve to tell me that he was not responsible for paying me and that writing is not for me because I don't have the patience that it takes to wait to be paid.

I was floored to say the least. After writing to Michael, he forwarded the mail to Daniel and Daniel said that he would pay. This was close to two and a half months ago and I am still not paid. Therefore, readers beware of Daniel, he lurks on Michael Matthew Enterprises job board.

This one came from Online Jobs again. A woman advertising for writers for a company asked to have a sample written for review. I sent the article, which was three hundred words and received a quick reply. This was the email sent to myself and someone named Amanda.

I had also seen another person post about her scamming articles after this happened to me. Unfortunately, I never heard a word from anyone. I did wait for a while, but now I am posting my article right here. I will not lose my articles to thieves and you should not either.


No Sleep In Las Vegas

Las Vegas the city of many lights has often been considered a fast-paced city without rest. In most cases, this is correct. Because of all the shows and gambling and other attractions in the area, one usually experiences sleepless nights. The city is a popular attraction for young and old wanting to get married in one of the many wedding chapels that line the streets. People come to take in the shows that are presented every night in one of the many hotel casinos. Sleep is not a word you here very much about when visiting this wonderful city.

The sky show down in the old city is spectacular and happens every night at dark. They have different scenes and provide about five to ten minutes of entertainment. This light show requires you to look into the sky where they have a dome covering, which shows the light show. This is something that everyone needs to see. Las Vegas has become populated with many casinos and even today, they tear down the old and build the new and larger casinos. The Bellagio Hotel and Casino has a water show daily and nightly that is done in front of the hotel in the connecting pond.

With colorful light shows and the casinos themselves having so many lights, it is no wonder that nobody has much sleep when visiting this enormous city. People come from everywhere to gamble, dine, shop and check out the fabulous night shows. Although sleepless nights happen more than you can imagine, the hotels still have affordable pricing and in some cases, you can use your keycards to earn discounts on your hotel rooms. You still need a place to take a shower and freshen up before the next round of fun in one of the hundreds of casinos.

You can do some sightseeing as well in Las Vegas. The Hoover Dam is a short distance up the mountain from the city. It is a spectacular view of the Hoover dam and the scenery surrounding the area. Many other attractions await you outside the city of Las Vegas including the Turbo Drop, Pioneer Saloon, Frog Hopper, Chloride Mining Town and the Adventure Canyon ride.

With all these wonderful things to do in and out of the city, one will not have much time for sleep in Las Vegas. One thing more to see in the city is the Botanical Park. It is just extraordinary and exciting. Have a great time in Las Vegas and live it up by having full days and nights.
